Does it work with my email?
Yes. Outlook and Microsoft 365 (including Hotmail), Gmail and Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, BT, Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk, IONOS, Zoho, Fastmail and any email that offers IMAP. Connect as many inboxes as you like.
Can it mess up my emails?
No. Access is read-only. The agent looks at emails with attachments and can't send, reply, move or delete anything.
What if it reads an invoice wrong?
It double-checks its own maths and re-reads anything that doesn't add up with a stronger model. Anything still unclear is flagged for you, and you can correct any figure by hand.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your web browser on a computer, iPad or phone. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you invite to your venue. Every venue is kept apart, down to the database. We never sell or share your data.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Invite them, or send them the VAT report, spend summaries and a single download of every original invoice.
What happens to my invoices if I leave?
You can download everything at any time. Locked copies are kept for 6 years, so your records are still there when HMRC asks.
